Festival of the Winds

Kite enthusiasts from around Australia and the world come to this annual event held at Bondi Beach. Join the crowds and watch the enthusiasm of the kite flyers jostle with kites of every colour, shape and size as they litter the skies of Bondi.

The day packed full of dance exhibitions, visual treats, workshops, multicultural entertainment and foods, rides, kite displays, activities for kids and adults.

The event is staged by the Australian Kiteflyers Society.
