Darling Harbour Fiesta

In its 16th year the Fiesta has grown from a small community festival into the most significant Latin American and Spanish festival in Australia. More than 250,000 visitors are converge on Darling Harbour during the long weekend.

Get ready to feel the rhythm and discover the passion of Latin America with many free performances by top bands and dancers, plus the opportunity to learn to salsa, tango and samba.

Each year visitors are captivated by the vibrant sounds and moves of performers including Mexican mariachis, Latin American and Afro-Cuban bands, flamenco dancers, capoeiristas, Brazilian carnivale girls and more. The Fiesta also displays South American-inspired food and arts and crafts stalls in Tumbalong Park. The Fiesta usually starts with a fireworks spectacular.
